(Brain Injury back to California) ….. Their Consistent and Compassionate Efforts
This is a heartfelt thank you to Dana, Pat and her crew for their consistent and compassionate efforts to help our family get through a very tough time. We were thrown into a traumatic whirlwind of a week (that felt like years) when our 85 year old mother passed out and went down a flight of cement stairs which fractured her skull and caused massive bleeding in her brain. With the damage to her brain, she is not a patient that is easily handled. After she was stable, we were able to fly her back to California with the help of Dana, Pat and crew. They not only were there every time we needed them, but were very personable, and caring, and that meant a lot to our family. They walked with us every step from the beginning and continued to do so until Mom was settled into the hospital in San Mateo. Very Sincere Appreciation, on behalf of our Mother, Nita Cohn, her children, Larry Cohn, Cathy Gilley, Janet Borg, and her husband, Mel Cohn.
