I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all you did in helping my mother Margaret N. get back to Michigan.

But most important I wanted to make sure I let you know how wonderful Trish Miller was.
My mom loved Trish and she was so accommodating and caring of my requests and my mother’s care throughout the whole trip.

She was thoroughly professional and just a delight.
